Kenny Jackett is the new manager of Rotherham United...

Rotherham United have appointed Kenny Jackett as the club’s new first team manager.

The former Wolverhampton Wanderers boss has agreed a three-year deal with the Millers.

The 54-year-old boasts a wealth of managerial experience following spells with Watford, Swansea City, Millwall and most recently Wolves.

Whilst at Swansea he achieved promotion from the fourth tier and won the Football League Trophy in 2006.

At Millwall he again achieved promotion following the League One Play-Off final victory over Swindon Town, before establishing the Lions in The Championship.

He took over at Wolves in 2013 and achieved promotion to second tier by winning the League One title in 2014.

Jackett also enjoyed a distinguished playing career with Watford, and also played 31 times for Wales.
