Returns
Customers returning items purchased in this offer will receive the item value minus the discount they received on the free item. This value will be in the form of a credit note as per our normal returns policy.

For example:
3 items purchased at £15, £10 & £5 (£5 item would be free). Customer would pay total of £25. If the customer returns the £15 item, they will be refunded £15 minus £5 (the free item) = £10 onto a credit note.
