Our Matchday Hospitality Assistants demonstrate exceptional standards of customer service, operating in a friendly, smooth and efficient manner at all times. Interacting with customers at every level that ensures a positive image.
• Experienced in hospitality preferred but not essential.
• Working at the AESSEAL New York Stadium, this position will involve working weekend and evening first team home fixtures.
• Customer orientated, friendly, approachable with a “can do” attitude
• Organised and methodical procedures
• Strong customer service skills, customer focused and driven
• Honest, Trustworthy and Hardworking

The hours of work are generally Saturdays 11.30 – 18.00 and evenings, 17.30 – 22.30
