Work has started this morning on the AESSEAL New York Stadium pitch in preparation for the 2016/17 season.
Following the close of the Millers’ Sky Bet Championship home campaign against Blackburn Rovers on Saturday 30th April, there have been a host of pitch hire and charity games that have successfully taken place on the turf at Rotherham United.
Groundsman Dave Fellowes and his team have this morning started digging up the pitch ahead of the new season.
