The event takes place at the AESSEAL New York Stadium on Wednesday 2nd March, with a three course meal served from 7.30pm.
Former Rotherham United winger Warnock needs no introduction after a managerial career which has seen him take charge of the likes of Notts County, Sheffield United, Crystal Palace, Leeds United and Queens Park Rangers.
One of the games biggest characters, Warnock was recently a guest of John Breckin in the AESSEAL New York Stadium lounge, where he was a huge hit with supporters.
John Stiles is one of the most popular and busiest comedians on the circuit. He is a former professional footballer, having played for Leeds and Doncaster Rovers, before injury cut short his career.
He is also very proud of the fact that his father is World Cup-winning hero Nobby Stiles MBE.
