Rotherham United have upgraded their online facility to now allow Millers fans to renew or buy their season tickets online to make the process of purchasing a season ticket even easier.
Below is a step by step guide on how to secure your season ticket online and to set up your direct debit:
You will need to log into the system and select your seats so that they are in your basket.
You will then click on checkout at the bottom of the page to take you to the payment selection page. Here you can choose to pay up front by card or by our 0% interest free direct debit scheme.
Once you have selected the direct debit payment option, you will be taken to a screen where you will be asked to select the auto renew option for next season. You will need to select this option which can be changed at a later date if you do not wish to auto renew.
You will then be asked to enter your details for the bank account you wish to take the payments from. Once you have filled in the information you will then click on next at the bottom which will take you to your direct debit mandate.
You will be shown your direct debit mandate which has all your account details on which you have just entered on the previous page. You can print off the mandate at the bottom and keep for your records. You will then click on continue at the bottom when you have confirmed all the details are correct.
The next page you will see is the direct debit confirmation page with all the information you need regarding your direct debit. Your purchase isn’t complete at this stage and you will need to click on checkout to proceed and pay your deposit.
You will be taken back to the basket and will be able to see that you want to pay for your season ticket by direct debit. You will then need to click on place order which will take you through to the credit/debit card details page to pay your deposit.
