Today marks the launch of our “MENTALk Health” programme, an exciting men’s health project funded by Bupa UK Foundation.
We will be recruiting men aged 25-55 from across Rotherham with an interest to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. The project will start in April 2016 and will offer free weekly sports sessions and free monthly wellbeing workshops at the ASSEAL New York Stadium to all our participants.
In addition participants will receive a free T-shirt and tickets to 6 home games next season!
Your physical and mental health are of equal importance and this is the key message we are hoping to spread!
