There will be a minute's silence before the game with Wigan Athletic...
Rotherham United will hold a minute’s silence prior to the game with Wigan Athletic today in honour of our former striker Albert Bennett who passed away just before Christmas.
We were deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Albert, who was undoubtedly one of the club's greatest ever strikers, netting 70 goals in 121 games between 1961 and 1965.
We will invite all supporters, players and staff in attendance at AESSEAL New York Stadium to join in a minute’s silence at today’s game as we pay tribute to Albert.
Once a Miller, always a Miller.
