Random Act of Kindness versus Queens Park Rangers...

Rotherham United were delighted to offer one supporter the opportunity to the warm-up for the game against Queens Park Rangers from the dugout, alongside first team players Lee Camp, Kirk Broadfoot, Greg Halford and Kelvin Wilson.

Stephanie was selected as part of our Random Act of Kindness scheme and she joined family members and the quartet of Millers’ players pitchside, as Paul Warne led the pre-match training ahead of what would prove to be his first win as caretaker boss.

As well as taking up VIP seats for the pre-match preparations, they were snapped by club photographer Jim Brailsford, who took the above image of them with Kirk next to the hallowed turf.

Head of Community Jamie Noble was on hand as the Millers’ sprung the pre-match surprise onto the supporters and expressed his delight at another opportunity to offer a unique matchday experience last weekend.

“Our Random Act of Kindness scheme is a brilliant way for us to offer unsuspecting fans various different and exciting things to do with us while in attendance on matchdays,” he told www.themillers.co.uk.

“In this instance, we were able to give three fans the opportunity to meet four of our first team players for a chat and photographs in the build up to a big game for the club."
