Rotherham United’s latest Random Act of Kindness saw two lucky supporters from the Community Sports Trust’s Summer Holiday Camps get the opportunity to lead their heroes out as mascots at the game against Brentford.
The Millers-supporting pair were selected from the groups attending the soccer schools over the summer holidays and told they would be treated to a mascot package at AESSEAL New York Stadium as their side took on the Bees last Saturday.
The youngsters arrived in their Rotherham United shirts and proceeded to warm-up with the first team squad before returning to the tunnel in time to lead the teams out onto the hallowed turf.
To ensure they wouldn’t forget their day with the Millers anytime soon, the pair lined up in the official pre-match photo with both captains where they posed in front of a bumper crowd moments before kick off.
Rotherham United run the Random Act of Kindness initiative at EVERY home game and next time it could be you!
