Rotherham United’s Random Act of Kindness presented the newly-formed Brinsworth Whitehill Girls U15s the opportunity take to the hallowed surface at AESSEAL New York Stadium during the half-time interval on Saturday.

As part of the club’s continued dedication to raising the profile of women’s football, we invited the girls down for a kick about in front of a bumper crowd during the break in the league game against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Brinsworth Whitehill Girls, who are affiliated to the Millers, split into two teams to take part in a small-sided game whilst donning the Rotherham United strips from last season.

They played out a great match which was enjoyed by the hoards of Millers fans in the stands and everyone at Rotherham United would like to thank them for joining us and wish them well for the upcoming season.
