Alix came the trust back in 2011 when she joined the pre-apprenticeship program with Abbi. Alix has followed the same route as Abbi by completing the pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programs. Alix has gained both an NVQ level 2 in Activity Leadership and a level 3 NVQ in Customer Service with flying colours and has really enjoyed learning about the different elements to the daily job. Alix has really come on strong through the apprenticeship process and has grown from strength to strength to become a competent lead coach. When Alix first joined the trust she was really low in confidence and self-belief but was determined to achieve her qualifications and start a career path in sports coaching. Alix has really enjoyed learning and developing her skills within all the different areas of the trust but has excelled in the sports development theme as a lead coach. She has become a crucial member of the team and is now working toward achieving her FA level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football.
