Rotherham United Community Sports Trust saw an amazing February Half-term Millers’ Masterclass with approximately 150 participants at Wickersley School and Sports College and Eastwood Indoor Centre. The kids enjoyed every minute of the soccer camp and were fully engaged in the activities.
Rotherham United FC players Paul Green and Kirk Broadfoot surprised the kids at Eastwood Indoor Centre and Adam Hammill, Matt Derbyshire and Craig Morgan at Wickersley School and Sports College. The kids were excited to get their autographs and photos taken, while having the opportunity to ask as much questions as they could during the questions and answers session. On the last day, the kids received Rotherham United FC prizes.
James Rawlinson, Sport Development Officer commented, “It was a great half-term soccer camp, although short on staff Millers’ Masterclass was a success! I would like to thank all the parents and volunteers for their great support. Keep an eye out for the upcoming Masterclass.”
