Rotherham United’s squad have reported back for their first day of pre-season training ahead of the 2015/16 Sky Bet Championship season.The Millers’ players and staff regrouped for the first time this summer on a glorious morning at Roundwood Sports Complex.
Boss Steve Evans was on the training ground to welcome back his side ahead of the new season and was pleased to greet them in the summer sun.
“It’s great to see the lads back on what is a lovely sunny day here in Rotherham,” he beamed.
“We’ll be easing them in gently over the next week or so as we begin our preparations for the upcoming campaign.”
The Millers’ chief also noted that he expects to add to his pack before the upcoming campaign and will be working hard to do so:
“We’ll be equally busy off the field as we continue to add to the squad ahead of another season in the Championship."
