Millers to play Steelmen in pre-season...
Rotherham United are delighted to announce that they will take on Parkgate FC in a friendly on Wednesday 8th July (7:30pm).
The Millers will face the Steelmen at Roundwood Sports Complex in a game that will offer supporters a first look at Steve Evans’ squad for the 2015/16 campaign.
Parkgate currently compete in the Toolstation Northern Counties East League Premier Division alongside the likes of Tadcaster Albion, Garforth Town and Staveley Miners Welfare.
The last time the Millers met with the Steelmen was ahead of the 2014/15 campaign in a friendly fixture that saw Evans’ side run out as 9-1 winners.
