Rotherham United's Open Day on Monday was a roaring success...Rotherham United opened its doors on Monday for it's annual Open Day at AESSEAL New York Stadium which once again proved to be a roaring success.
Millers’ young and old flocked to the stadium to watch their team train in the morning, with a chance to get a first look at new signing Chris Maguire, before the squad posed for photos and signed autographs following the session.
The Red and White Shop was packed throughout the day with fans queuing from 9am to purchase the new yellow third strip that was released on Monday morning, as well as stocking up on other Millers’ merchandise for the season.
Steve Evans’ side took to the turf at AESSEAL New York Stadium at 11:30am braving the torrential weather conditions to be put through their paces in front of the Millers’ faithful.
Fans watched on from the stands as Paul Raynor and Eric Black led the session before the players changed and positioned themselves in the Eric Twigg Pukka Pies West Stand to sign autographs and pose for photos with the supporters.
