A brief look at the Millers' new signing's career so far...
New signing Emmanuel Ledesma is a face familiar to Millers’ fans having enjoyed a loan stint at AESSEAL New York Stadium last season.
The 27-year-old flamboyant winger can operate on either side of midfield and boasts an abundance of skill which is complimented by his crossing ability.
Ledesma began his professional career with Genoa in 2008 but never made an appearance for the Italian club.
During his time in Italy he was loaned out to Queens Park Rangers, Salernitana and Novara before joining Crotone on a permanent basis in 2010.
Two spells with Walsall followed either side of time at Defensa y Justicia before he joined Middlesbrough in 2012.
Ledesma spent two years on Teeside before joining the Millers on loan last season. He made seven appearances whilst on loan at AESSEAL New York Stadium, scoring his only goal for the club in the 1-1 draw at Blackpool.
He then returned to parent club Middlesbrough before joining Brighton and Hove Albion following the turn of the year where he made just four appearances.
