Manu returns to Middlesbrough...

Emmanuel Ledesma has returned to parent-club Middlesbrough prior to Rotherham United’s FA Cup tie against Bournemouth this Saturday.

Ledesma was due to stay with the Millers until January 3rd but as he wasn’t cleared to play in the tie, it was decided mutually that the winger would return to the north-east.

He has featured seven times for the Millers, scoring his only goal in the 1-1 draw with Blackpool.

“I’d like to express sincere thanks for Emmanuel who has been fantastic during his time with the Millers,” Steve Evans said.

“He conducts himself in a professional manner both on and off the pitch and he’s had a huge impact on the squad with his expressive playing style and infectious character. He has enjoyed his time with the Millers and talks are ongoing between the two clubs to discuss a potential return for Manu.”

Rotherham United would like to thank Emmanuel for his contribution and the role he has played in recent weeks.
