Gaffer not ruling out moves

2 February 2015

Steve Evans talks to

Rotherham United manager Steve Evans hasn’t ruled out the possibility of new faces arriving at AESSEAL New York Stadium on transfer deadline day.

Speaking this morning from his office at club training headquarters at Parkgate, the Millers boss admitted that he still holds an interest in two potential signings and is now waiting to see if anything materialises before the window slams shut at 11pm tonight.

“Transfer deadline day is always an interesting day in the football calendar and as people are well aware it is well documented that we are looking to strengthen,” Evans told

“I said before the game against Charlton at the weekend that we are in the frame for two players. By the end of today we could have two, we could have one or it could be none, nothing has been decided as yet.”
