Callum Ryan-Jones graduated the University of Salford with Bsc(Hons) degree in Sport Rehabilitation. From there, he started off at Manchester Metropolitan University working in Rugby Union before a switch to the Hungarian National Rugby Sevens team.
After a brief stint there, he moved into football, joining Rochdale AFC as an Academy Sports Therapist, progressing from to a senior academy role with the Under 18s. After two years with the Academy, Callum was promoted to the Senior Medical Department as a First Team Sports Therapist, before departing Dale in January 2021 to join the Academy setup at Huddersfield Town Academy. Following a brief stint with the Terriers, Callum arrived at Roundwood towards the end of pre-season.
