Both Alix and Abbi have successfully completed their Level 3 apprenticeship in Customer Service over the last year. They have also both successfully passed and gained their level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English which is a great achievement.
Abbi and Alix have progressed onto their third year with the trust and have now stepped up into completing their team leader diploma as part of the organisational CPD programme. Abbi and Alix are both looking forward to the challenge of completing their new qualification and assisting in helping to support both the new first year and second year apprentices over the next year.
