Steve Evans post Fulham...

Rotherham United manager Steve Evans heaped praise on his side after what he described as a fantastic performance in a 1-1 draw with Fulham.

The Millers dominated large parts of the game and were in front early on from a Matt Derbyshire strike from close range, but Fulham rallied and grabbed an equaliser in the second 45 thanks to Ross McCormack.

“We’ve dominated for 90 percent of the game,” Evans proclaimed.

“We’ve made enough chances to win three games in the Championship and nothing will change in football as I’ve just said to my players, if you don’t take your chances at 1-0 there’s always a chance they’ll get one and take it.”

Evans was full of praise for his side who he believed were unfortunate to only come away from Craven Cottage with a point.

“I think it was a fantastic performance and we’ve had to come here and produce a fantastic performance. We’ve believed over the season that some of our performances have not been seen in the results and that’s another one tonight.

“As Rotherham United you’ll win games and you’ll lose games, but when you’re inside Rotherham United, you know you’re never defeated."
