Morrison Supports RUCST Charitable Donations During The 2014/15 Season

Every year at the Rotherham United Community Sports Trust we receive multiple request from a variety of charitable organisations requesting match day tickets.

Rotherham United Football Club and the Community Sports Trust have a long standing relationship with Morrison, who provide repairs and maintenance services for Rotherham homes. As a major sponsor of the club they have kindly agreed to donate put in a number match tickets for Rotherham United home games to the charities of Rotherham.

Jamie Noble, Head of Community said, “It’s fantastic that  Morrison supports Rotherham United and the charitable work that we take part in. Morrison, which is part of the Mears Group, have always been a big part of the club and their contribution and generosity to both the football club and the Community Sports Trust has been exceptional.”

Andy Chambers, Morrison Partnership Manager said, “Morrison is immensely proud of our relationship with  Rotherham United Community Sports Trust. The Trust do fantastic work across the community of Rotherham which makes a real difference to the lives of many Rotherham people from all walks of life, both young and old. This ties in with our strong commitment to community engagement and sits alongside many other community projects that we support within Rotherham. In total, last season we donated to 154 different charities such as Rotherham Hospice, Bluebell Wood and the Princess Alexia Fund.”
