Rotherham United’s Academy were beaten by table-toppers Bradford City in the North East Youth Alliance league.
City, who are still unbeaten in the league this season, beat the Millers 2-0 after scoring from two set-plays.
It was a much improved performance from Garreth Barker’s team with captain Alex Wiles the pick of the players with an assured display in midfield.
