Rotherham United are delighted to announce a new lucrative six-figure deal with 3aaa (Aspire Achieve Advance Ltd) one of the UK’s leading national training providers for Apprenticeships.
The exciting new partnership will see the National company, with their Head Office based in Derby, become the Millers new 'Platinum Partner' which will also include their brand appearing on the back of the Rotherham United away shirt for the next two-years.
“We're always looking to introduce new partners into our journey at New York Stadium and I am delighted that we're able to formalise this into a new commercial relationship for us. The agreement with 3aaa is yet another example of our commercial progression.” said Commercial Director Steve Coakley.
“3aaa are a hugely ambitious and fast growing company who have become a flagship business in their sector. They have a rich history of partnerships in the sporting arena and have shown a real passion for the Club since being introduced to our plans and how we want to take the club forward.
“I have known Peter Marples for a number of years and am looking forward to be working with his colleagues at 3aaa, they have a keen interest in sport – this will be a beneficial partnership for not only both companies but Rotherham as a Town as we look to work together a create job opportunities for young people in and around the borough.”
Peter Marples, joint owner of Aspire Achieve Advance (3aaa) said: "We are delighted to sign this partnership agreement with Rotherham United Football Club following on from our relationships with Derbyshire County Cricket Club and Derby County Football Club. As part of our arrangement, we will be supporting the club with their own Apprenticeship recruitment and developing links with other partners across the Borough. We have over 23 centres across the country, our closest being at Meadowhall and are a growing business with a focus on the development of young people across three core disciplines, Accountancy, Digital and Social Media and IT. We provide opportunities to over 2500 young people across the country, helping them secure their first job and developing their skills. No strangers to sporting partnerships the flourishing business currently hold the naming rights to Derbyshire CCC’s stadium, whilst also sponsoring a stand at Derby County’s iPro Stadium.
They boast a number of the country’s top further education colleges and employers as their partners, employing over 200 full-time staff members.
