Priority running out...

With general sale set for 8am tomorrow, Manager Steve Evans has thanked supporters for their 'terrific' response after tickets for the Wembley play-off final sailed past 7,500 this morning.

Speaking exclusively to www.themillers.co.uk the Millers boss was quick to praise the supporters once again, before reiterating the deadline is fast approaching for season ticket and Millers Mayday priority.

“It’s going to be a long week,” Evans said. “The buzz around the town is incredible, the excitement is building and everywhere I go I seem to see red and white flags or people in Wembley t-shirts. I've never see so much red around the streets of Rotherham!

“I’ve said it countless times, but the fans have been magnificent since the day that Paul Raynor and myself walked in, and last Thursday night is one I’ll never forget as I thought they were out of this world. We’re going to need that again, plus even more on Sunday. It’s a huge arena to be playing in so we’ll need our fans at their vocal best.”

As of noon today (19th May), over 7,500 tickets have been sold in the Rotherham United end, and supporters who aren’t on our database are reminded that they have until 4pm today to register for a customer number that will allow you to purchase tickets from 8am tomorrow morning when they hit general sale. Please note, this MUST be done prior to today’s 4pm deadline.

Therefore, Season Ticket holders and Millers Mayday members have exclusivity until 7.59am tomorrow morning to guarantee their seats as Steve Evans’ men look to book their place in the Championship.
