Boss Steve Evans revealed that Kieran Agard missed out on the 1-1 draw with Preston with a slight hamstring problem.
The Millers hot-shot was a surprise absentee but Evans admitted that it was a slight strain picked up in training that ruled out the former Everton man.
“He trained yesterday but at the end of it he just said that he was just feeling his hamstring slightly,” confirmed Evans.
“He told me that again this morning and like Kieran does he still said he wanted to play, but I said if you are not 100% you cannot play. Kieran was extremely disappointed but then we lost Richard Brindley which was also disappointing so we were chopping and changing during the game. We then lost Frecklington but we need to look at those in 48 hours time, it will probably be Tuesday before we know about those injuries.”
