Rotherham United wish to apologise to supporters who travelled to Queen of the South on Saturday expecting to see a first-team squad.

Due to players picking up minor injuries prior to the fixture a late decision was made to use the Development Squad as a precaution, the priority to have a full squad of players available for our pre-season friendly with Nottingham Forest on Wednesday night.

We apologise to those fans who made the long journey and were disappointed not to see first-team players.
