Striker exit confirmed...
Rotherham United have agreed the release of striker Daniel Nardiello.
Nardiello, 31, joined the Millers ahead of the inaugural season at New York and after playing a part in the promotion to League One, but found first-team opportunities limited this time around.
He was allowed to join League Two Bury on loan and it’s expected he will complete a permanent move to Gigg Lane.
We would like to thank Daniel for his efforts during his time at Rotherham United, and he will forever hold the accolade as being the scorer of the first competitive goal at New York Stadium.
