Defender joins League Two side...

Rotherham United have allowed defender Pablo Mills to join League Two side Bury on a permanent contract.

Mills returned to the Millers in August, making his debut as a substitute in the 1-0 victory at Notts County, and after starting the South Yorkshire derby victory over Sheffield United went on to make a total of 12 appearances, most recently as a substitute in the defeat to Coventry City.

It was Mills’ second spell at Rotherham, after a four year stay previously saw him play well over 150 games for the club.

“Pablo had a deal with a week or two to go and just as we were deciding what to do with him we had a phone call from Bury,” Steve Evans told Millers Player. “He’s done great for us, he’s done what Pablo does. He loves this football club and he did a long time before I was here. David Flitcroft is a big admirer of what we do here and that goes back to his time at Barnsley. This is a good opportunity for Pablo and I’m sure the Millers fans will be delighted that he’s got himself a good League Two club.”
