How to buy tickets

Buy online

To avoid any unnecessary queuing on a matchday or at ticket office the quickest and easiest way to purchase your tickets is through our online shop and ticket office service.


Please note there is a £1 charge for buying online.

Tickets on a Matchday

Supporters are reminded that there is a £2 increase in ticket prices for fans buying on the day. For Saturday afternoon matches pre-match prices apply up to 12:00pm on the day of the match and for a Tuesday evening pre-match prices apply until 5:00pm on the day of the match.


Rotherham United also offer a Family discount for fans wanting to take advantage of this which is 10% off the total cost of all the tickets within the family group when purchasing tickets in the Ben Bennett Family Stand.

Family Season Ticket Discount

Under 8s go free in the Ben Bennett jnr East Stand when accompanied by a full paying adult, and as a designated Enjoy the Match family area, measures are in place to make it the perfect place to sit if you’re visiting with children.

To avoid an unnecessary queuing we advise fans to purchase their tickets in advance. For those buying on a matchday tickets can be bought from the ticket office windows and also from the Red and White Shop.

Directions from the South

-M1 Junction 33, take 3rd exit signed A630 Rotherham
-1st Roundabout (Junction with A631) at roundabout take 1st exit
-2nd Roundabout - A630 (Canklow Roundabout) take 2nd exit
-3rd Roundabout - A630 (Ickles Roundabout) take 2nd exit
-4th Roundabout - A630 (Masborough Roundabout) take 3rd exit
-Turn right onto Don Street after the council offices, and follow the signs for 'Town Centre Parking'

Directions from the North

-M1 Junction 35 leave motorway, take 1st exit signed A629 (Upper Wortley Road)
-1st Roundabout - take 2nd exit (A629)
-2nd Roundabout - take 2nd exit (A629)
-3rd Roundabout (College Rd / B&Q Roundabout) take the 4th exit
-4th Roundabout take the first exit onto Main Street
-Turn right onto Don Street after the council offices, and follow the signs for 'Town Centre Parking'

Buses/Trains to Rotherham

The main Rotherham Bus and Train stations are both within 10 minutes walking time of the stadium.  We would recommend this as a travel options for fans where possible. Once exiting the bus/train station there is ample pedestrian signage to direct you to the stadium.

Matchday Parking

There will be no public parking at the stadium on the day of a match for either home or away fans. Please take this into consideration when arriving by car for a game. There is a pay and display NCP car park in the town centre, whilst there is also a car park on Sheffield Road behind the Ben Bennett Jnr family stand.

Only pre-arranged spaces in the car park will be reserved for travelling press, directors and staff.

Non-matchday Parking

On non-matchdays the stadium car park is open to customers who are using the Red and White Shop and club ticket office.

Sat-Nav and Online Maps
If you are using a Satellite Navigation system, you should enter the postcode S60 1AE to get to Riverside House on Main Street. The stadium is located next to it.
