The November nominations for the Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month Award are:
Neil Lennon (Bolton Wanderers)
The Lennon revolution at Bolton is in full swing, particularly at home where the Northern Irishman has brought the swagger back. Convincing victories over Cardiff City and local rivals Wigan Athletic helped his side pick up 10 points from 12.
Mick McCarthy (Ipswich Town)
A master at forging collective spirit within the dressing room, McCarthy’s work behind the scenes inspired a comeback draw at Bournemouth and late wins over Watford and Charlton Athletic which brought the October haul to 13 points from 15.
Gary Rowett (Birmingham City)
Made an instant impact upon his arrival at St Andrew’s, dispelling the gloom, shoring up a porous defence and garnering 11 points from five unbeaten games. Tellingly, Rowett conjured up two wins to finally banish the home hoodoo.
Mark Warburton (Brentford)
Spent early autumn trying to convince his players they belong in the Sky Bet Championship. A perfect November with five wins, 14 goals and a Play-Off position proved Warburton right as Brentford’s thrilling attacking play swept everyone aside.
