Success for the Millers...
Rotherham United scooped the Team of the Year award at The Star Awards last night.
The Millers have been honoured for another fantastic season which has seen the club cement a place in the play-offs, straight off the back of automatic promotion from League Two last season.
Steve Evans’ side have so far topped 80 points and are the third highest scorers in the Football League – two of the highlighted reasons for the accolade.
There was also individual success for striker Kieran Agard who landed the region’s Golden Boot award for his 25 goals in all competitions so far this season.
Finally, Lee Frecklington collected The Star’s Rotherham United Player of the Year award to add to his Club Player of the Year gong which he picked up on Saturday night at End of Season Dinner at New York Stadium.
