Millers duo set for game time...
Rotherham United duo Tony Thompson and Nicky Walker have today both sealed short-term loan moves in order to gain first-team experience.
The pair, who were both handed professional contracts in the summer after developing through their scholarships have struggled for opportunities in the first team this year, and manager Steve Evans has allowed the youngsters the opportunity to get some vital game time.
Walker, who made three appearances from the bench last season will link up with recent FA Cup opponents Barrow AFC in the Skrill North for a month, whilst goalkeeper Thompson is set to join Evo-Stik North Division One side Curzon Ashton for the same period.
The duo will both be eligible to make their debuts tomorrow, with Walker's side just 90 minutes away from a place in the FA Cup first round.
