With Father’s Day on the horizon and the summer holidays approaching, Rotherham United have got the perfect gifts in stock now.

Why not treat Dad this year (Sunday 16th June) by purchasing two fantastic new books which are on sale at the Red and White Shop at New York Stadium right now.

‘The Impossible Dream: The Ronnie Moore Years’ by Jonathan Veal is the story of Ronnie's first spell in charge, where he led the club to back-to-back promotions and then masterminded a four-year stay in the second tier.

The book features significant contributions from over 30 people involved at the time, including Ronnie, Alan Lee, Guy Branston, Paul Warne and Paul Hurst.

All of the major events from an unforgettable era are included, such as the Brentford game, the two famous last-gasp wins at Sheffield Wednesday and the victories over West Ham and Leeds.

Priced at £14.99 this is a must have for any Millers supporter.

The club shop has also taken stock of ‘Postcards from Millmoor’ by Peter Jalowiczor.

The book looks back on the Millers former home Millmoor, digging out the ‘very essence of what made the ground so special’.

Again, another must have for any Rotherham United supporter, this is your opportunity to re-live memories from the old ground which closed its doors to football in 2008.

Priced at £11.99, the book is also on sale at the Red and White Shop right now.
