Lionel Ainsworth has been recalled a day early from his emergency loan period at Aldershot Town, after paperwork was finalised this morning.

Manager Steve Evans has moved to recall the winger after Kieran Agard missed training yesterday because of illness.

“After learning that young Kieran would miss training I spoke with Lionel regarding bringing him back a few days early from his loan spell at Aldershot Town. The lad was overjoyed and is desperate to play a part in the remainder of our season,” Evans told www.themillers.co.uk

“Lionel will train with us today and will be included in our matchday squad when we host high-flying Exeter City on Saturday.”
