Rotherham United had local company KCM Waste Management to thank for keeping the club open during the recent Baltic blast.
The recycling and skip hire firm have been long time partners to the club, and kindly offered their services to help keep the car parks and surrounding areas of the stadium clear of snow and ice.
Their generosity, as well as hard work from Millers' Maintenance Manager Andy Willert, ensured that supporters had a clear route to the main reception, ticket office and Red and White Shop.
“We have a strong relationship with KCM and this is another example of how the club, commercial and community can come together,” said Head of Commercial Mark Hitchens.
“The snowfall has caused havoc around the country but thanks to the hard work of our staff and club partners we have ensured it is business as usual at Rotherham United all week.”
KCM Waste Management are proud to sponsor the New York Stadium North Stand.
