Gaffer confident but more help needed...
Steve Evans is confident today’s game can go ahead, declaring that we’re “winning the race” against the snowfall.
Volunteers have turned up en mass to help clear the snow from the pitch and surrounding areas, and the Millers boss feels confident that the game can go ahead, but has stressed that more help is needed.
“We’re winning the race,” said Evans. “We’ve got a huge section of the pitch cleared already and we’re urging supporters not to be put off by the weather. Come on down a bit early, make sure that the game goes ahead, and then show your support to ensure we get all three points.”
A further inspection is due at 11am, and updates will be available here and via @OfficialRUFC
