Rotherham United’s fitness partners Coldwell Fitness have made a fantastic start just down the road in Masbrough Street.
With over 30 members signed up in the first month alone, many are seeing fantastic results.
The sessions cover Meta – Blast, Fighting Fit and Core Conditioning and classes run for seven days per week and are proven to help weight loss, improve fitness, health and detailed information and plans are produced to help with nutrition. The popular Coldwell Daily, provides motivation, recipes and tips on nutrition.
