Manager Steve Evans is waiting on the fitness of defensive duo Kari Arnason and Mark Bradley ahead of tonight’s clash with Rochdale.

Bradley has been missing in recent weeks with a hamstring problem, whilst Arnason missed Saturday’s 1-0 victory over Torquay United with a twisted ankle.

Coming into the game with John Coleman’s Rochdale at New York Stadium, boss Evans rated the pair as 50/50 in terms of their availability.

“Kari is 50/50 for the game”, Evans told Millers Player.

“We’ll have a look at him in training and we will see how he does. Make no bones about it, if Arnason is fit then Arnason plays.

“Mark Bradley is very similar, and he’ll train today (Monday). I thought that Bradders was excellent before he went out of the team through injury. I thought he put in some real stalwart performances, and I’ve said it many times, I’m glad we have kept the kid. “

Left-back Laurie Wilson looks set to be in contention at the weekend following a knee injury, whilst David Noble misses out because of a personal issue, he is expected back in training on Thursday.
