9.30am – The emergency loan deadline is today, the last chance for a deal to go through is 5pm.10.01am - Spoke to Steve Evans this morning. He is busy on the phone hoping to strengthen his squad, he sounds confident that something can be done today.
10.25am - A deal could be close to conclusion, stand-by Millers fans...
10.30am - Millers sign Huddersfield Town left-back Liam Ridehalgh on emergency loan to cover for injuries in defence.
10.32am - On the signing of Ridehalgh, Steve Evans says, "The lad has recently been at Chesterfield where it has to be said he has been outstanding, and when I got news that he was returning to Huddersfield, I moved quickly to bring the boy to New York Stadium."
10.40am - Confirmation that Josh Morris has returned to Blackburn Rovers. His loan was coming to an end but injury also played a part in him going back.
11.00am - Steve Evans says Josh Morris had to have stitches in his knee following his injury on Tuesday night.
11.05am - Evans says there is more transfer news to follow today...
11.32am - Evans has been in touch again from a unnamed location. He is in talks with someone, could be an announcement at lunch time.
1.00pm - Lee Frecklington signs an emergency loan extension until early January.
1.10pm - Steve Evans on Lee Frecklington's loan extension: "Frecks is a top player and an excellent professional who it has to be said has been brilliant for me. He is loved by the Millers support as well as myself and they like myself will be hoping we can now secure the lad on a permanent transfer."
1.20pm - Evans holds his pre-match press call at 2.30pm this afternoon. No doubt we'll find out if there is anything else planned before 5pm today.
3.30pm - Steve Evans confirms a bid for an unnamed striker has been made. This would be a loan transfer with the possibility of it becoming permanent in January.
3.35pm - Steve Evans is speaking to another player, and is hopeful a deal can be done before the deadline.
3.44pm - Steve Evans has also confirmed to www.themillers.co.uk that a player could be leaving on loan before the deadline.
3.57pm - The Millers capture the signing of defender Jack O'Connell
4.23pm - Steve Evans confirms that the Millers lodged a six figure sum, but the player has opted instead to move to a Championship club.
