RUCST join Tonge and Revell in present giveaway...
Rotherham United players Dale Tonge and Alex Revell paid a visit to Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice to deliver presents ahead of the festive period.
A whole host of presents, provided by the Millers were delivered by the Rotherham United Community Sports Trust who managed to spread the Christmas cheer for those less fortunate.
"I would like to thank the staff, volunteers and most of all the children and their families of Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice for their kind hospitality shown to Rotherham United,” said Head of Community Jamie Noble. “Today we were fortunate to be given the opportunity to spread the Christmas cheer early by surprising the children with gifts from Tony Stewart, Steve Evans, Miller Bear and the whole team especially Alex Revell and Dale Tonge. We had the most humbling experience of the year and I cannot begin to put into words what a fantastic job the dedicated staff of the hospice do to make the lives of those young people better at what must be very challenging times in their family’s lives.
"We at Rotherham United would like to say Merry Christmas to everyone connected to Bluebell Wood. Up The Millers!”
