Steve Evans talks to www.themillers.co.uk ahead of the friendly against Stamford.
Manager Steve Evans has confirmed that a strong side will travel to Stamford for tomorrow’s pre-season friendly.
The Millers are preparing for their final pre-season fixture before the big kick-off against Hull City on Saturday, and boss Evans told www.themillers.co.uk that a strong team will be fielded for the game against the Evo-Stik First Division South side.
“In relation to Hull on Saturday there are a few positions that are still up for grabs,” said Evans.
“We are looking for certain players to produce some big performances tomorrow night, and if they do it will give me some welcome selection headaches for the weekend.”
The Millers, who beat Mansfield 3-2 at the weekend, will travel tomorrow for the 7.45pm kick off. The match is a pay on the day only.
