Mark signed for the Millers last summer after being released by League One outfit Walsall.
The Welshman started his career with the Midlands club and made over 50 league appearances for the Saddlers after making his full debut against Stockport County aged just 18.
During the 2009/10 season he played 30 times in the League but was released at the end of the season resulting in his arrival at Don Valley.
He missed the start of the season through injury and as a result struggled to hold down a regular place in the side, but showed his capabilities most notably with an imperious display in the 1-0 victory at Crewe.
Mark is a full Welsh international after making his debut in a 2-0 defeat to Croatia in May last year.
