IAN SHARPS

Ian Sharps

Ian Sharps has been speaking about last Saturdays game at Priestfield Ian said," It was an exhausting game and we were very disappointed to come away with nothing.

The weather conditions were not great with the blustery winds; we didn't do great in the first half but got back into the game after the break.

I was quite disappointed not to see the referee give the goal from Martin Wood and really think David Worrell should have been awarded a free kick from the foul just before Gillingham went ahead.

The fans were great, they made a very long trip and we were clapped as we left the pith, this was very much appreciated by the lads."
