Once again Rotherham United have been thwarted in their efforts to resolve the long outstanding Jamal Campbell-Ryce transfer dispute with Southend United.
The latest hearing was set to be heard by the Football League tomorrow but this has been called off due to illness.
No new date has yet been agreed.
As everyone is no doubt aware, the Millers insist they have every just cause in following up the claim that was agreed when the player moved to Southend last year but they have constantly been faced with delaying tactics.
The situation also leaves the player in limbo because the transfer deadline is on Thursday.
