Customer Liaison Officer
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
Hours: Standard: Monday to Friday - 09:00 to 17:00 in addition:
Saturday Matches - 10:00 to 17:00
Evening Matches - 17:00 to 22:00
Term: Permanent
The post holder will be based with Rotherham United Football Club.
The role includes but is not limited to the following:
·To supervise and control all ticket office activities.
·Assist the COO in creating and developing business for the club by pro-active sales activity and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
·Implement FL and club's own supporter promotion activities aimed at increasing family and young supporter attendance.
·Deal promptly and efficiently with all issuesand ideas raised by customers and fans.
