Cahill joins Ilkeston on loan
Rotherham United striker Tom Cahill has joined non-league Ilkeston Town on a three month loan deal.
The former Matlock Town front man has yet to make a first team appearance this campaign and the Millers Chief Operating Officer Paul Douglas told www.themillers.co.uk that it is a good move for both parties:
"Tom has been out of the side of late so this is a good opportunity for him to get some games under his belt, he said.
"We would like to wish him all the best for the three months ahead."
Cahill will once again link up again with former Miller Paul Hurst who is also on the playing staff at the Northern Premier League outfit.
