Andy Warrington and Miller Bear joined forces last week in support of a very special cause.
Alongside coaches from the Rotherham United Community Sports Trust they backed cancer charity 'Keep Your Eye on the Ball' for their first annual run at Rother Valley Country Park.
'Keep your Eye On The Ball' has just celebrated its 10th anniversary after being launched in association with The FA and The PFA, to raise awareness of male cancers, and provide funds towards vital research within the football community.
The run was kicked off by Hull City 'keeper and patron Matt Duke and was a tremendous success.
Rotherham United's Community Health Officer Alex Wilson said: "I'm proud of the effort the coaches put in for a very good cause and I hope that it reminds everyone to check themselves and if they are concerned to get checked out by a Doctor."
Well done to Andy, Miller Bear and all our coaches for taking part. And special mention to Community Coach Sean Graves came third over all in the 5K run, and picked up a trophy and an all expenses paid tour around Wembley Stadium.
