On Sunday 21st September 2014 the Rotherham United Community Sports Trust Adult Disability Teams attended a Grading festival at Dearne Valley College where they competed against other teams in South Yorkshire. The competition determined which league the teams would compete in at the Ability Counts League this season.
The two teams combined and played 3 games, they had one victory, one loss and one draw. As a result the league has decided that both teams will be suitable to play in the championship division.
Trudi, Disability Coordinator said, “It was a great day by all and both teams are excited for the upcoming season which kicks off on Sunday 26th October at Oakwell stadium in Barnsley”.
